Jason Redden has worked in Mechanical and Electrical Building Services for over 33 years. Since moving to England as a 20 year old in 1991. After living in England for 20 years Jason decided to return to Hawkes Bay where he grew up. 

Upon returning to Hawkes Bay Jason established himself in the Heat Pump, Refrigeration and Air Conditioning industry. During this period Jason did an adult apprenticeship in Refrigeration and HVAC services. Which he gained Level 3 competency.  

 

Jason is also a Registered electrician. 

 

During his time and roles in England Jason acquired an understanding of customer service. This was paramount working in Private Hospitals and high-end Corporate Office environments in London in his twenties and thirties. Working around mechanical and electrical building services Jason also gained an expertise in fault finding, mechanical design and building environmental conditions. 

 

Jason is passionate about creating a service that is a platform for a positive experience in the Heat Pump market in Hawkes Bay.
